The best part of Switzerland was this! Lot's and lot's of chocolate....I couldn't get enough of it.
We went to the top of Mt. Pilatus to look out over the Alps. Unfortunately, it was cloudy that day. Our views were blocked somewhat but it was still beautiful. We went in cable cars up the mountain and got to hike around on top. There are lot's of cows and lots of rams on the mountain side.
We had a very entertaining lunch! They had yodelers who sang and played instruments. It was so funny. They called people up out of the audience to try it out. I tried to get Kaeli to do it but she wouldn't.
This was dessert. It was almost to cute to eat but I managed.
On all of the buildings here they paint them on the outside to tell you what building it is. It's so fun to see what they are.
This was for sale. Kaeli said it was to small! I had to laugh a little bit. The child's perspective has been undone by all the castles we visited.
They had this beautiful monument made to honor the Swiss guard who died trying to protect King Louie.
This is the oldest covered bridge in the world. It was amazing. On the inside there were paintings on the ceiling. I have no idea how it has stood outside in the weather like that and not been destroyed. It is hundreds of years old.
On our way back to Germany we stopped off at Rheinfalls.
