Our Beloved Brinkley!
On Thursday we lost our Brinkley. We knew he was getting close but it's so hard not to have him here. He was 14 years old. He loved us and protected us. The UPS man won't even come to my door anymore after he chased back into his truck one day. I miss him more than I can say. He was my baby. I miss his cold nose on my hand at night and his snoring by my bed. My only comfort is that he is not suffering any more. He will always be close to my heart.
