We made our annual trip to BYU so the kids could go to EFY. We rented a cabin up a sundance which was very nice. The weather was 45 degrees when we got there and that was a welcome change to 100 degree weather at girl's camp cooking in a very hot kitchen. The kids had so much fun playing in the snow, sledding and have a family snow ball fight. The Arizona cousins came up and spent the week with us. Needless to say the house was not quiet! The kids had fun adventures together and then went off the EFY for a week. I got to have the second week to myself to visit family and friends and do some family history work which I haven't got to do for a long time! I do have to say it was quite nice to have a bed all to myself and peace and quiet. I actually started reading a book for fun which was not seminary related!
We woke up every morning to wild turkeys in the yard. Ben wanted to shoot them but I don't want to clean them up! We settled on Burger Supreme instead!
We had a family go cart race at Trafalga!
I can't believe how fast they grow!
