Jordyn's Wedding

This is one of the sweetest girls I ever had the privilege of teaching seminary too.  She came to me the middle of her sophomore year.  She had been inactive for many years and came to live with her aunt.  She worked so hard to learn and to participate.  We spent the next two years together making up the year and half she missed so she could graduate with her friends.  She didn't always want to do it but she stuck with it and finished.  She got accepted to BYU Idaho and had a great experience there.  She decided to go on mission and got her mission call to go to Brazil.  That particular country requires ecclesiastical training and certification.  If she had not graduated from seminary she wouldn't have been able to serve that mission.  It was such a testimony to me that Heavenly Father puts people in our path that we can help and that can help us.  That is how he watches over us.  A year after her return I got a special phone call from her telling me she was getting married in the Las Vegas Temple and asked if I would be there.  It brought tears of joy and I told her I wouldn't miss it for the world.  It was such a beautiful ceremony which I will say I cried all the though.  I love seeing all my seminary kids growing up and making covenants.  My cup runneth over!
As a bonus I also got to see Cathy who got married a few before but we were in Hawaii.
