The one thing that the kids absolutely had to do was see their friends from Georgia. We meet up in Logan and started the day at A&W for rootbeer floats! There were lot's of smiles and hugs. I was so happy to see my Cyndi as well! Grannie Annie was there too and brought me some of her bread which is the best bread in the whole world. I had to hide it from my kids so I could have some. I was nice enough to share a little bit! After our bellies were full we headed up to Beaver Mountain to go horseback riding. It is such a fun ride. It goes up through the mountain to a high ridge where you can see forever. It's beautiful up there.
After we finished and could feel our legs again (I truly felt like a cowboy after- I had the walk down anyway!) we started back down the canyon. There was a cave by the side of the road so we stopped to explore.
We stopped at Ben's favorite store called Smith & Edwards. It's the outdoorsman's dream store. He bought himself a hunting hat-
I had to stop in Bear Lake and buy raspberries. They are delicious!!!! I can't get enough of them. We also stopped at one of our favorite places to eat called Maddox in Brigham City. Ben ordered buffalo which he loves and the kids ate all of the rolls. We ended our day at Aunt Carolyn's house and then drove back to Provo. It was a long happy day!!!!
